Level 6 (IRL) Award in HR Leadership and Management

The Level 4 (UK) / Level 6 (IRL) Award in HR Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals who are involved in the recruitment and selection of new staff as well as follow-on activities such as induction and delegation.

The Award covers the following units:

Recruitment and selection of new staff;
Induction of new staff; and
Organising and delegating staff.

Accreditation and Certification

The course is accredited by the Awarding Body for Sustainable Development – ABSD Awards is an accreditation / awarding body based in the London which offers its qualifications internationally from Level 5 (IRL) to Level 9 (IRL) / Masters.

No Examinations

One of the benefits of the course is that there are no written examinations. Instead participants complete three written assignments related to your practical everyday work.

Ongoing tutorial support

Tutorial support is provided as part of the course. We help you to understand the criteria for your assignments and to ensure that you can complete them to the required standards.

Course Duration and Entry

The Award course runs for one evening per week for 4 weeks.

Entry is open – no prior qualifications are required to join the course.

After the course participants can progress to more advanced ABSD Awards management and leadership programmes.
