Designed for middle managers looking to develop their personal skills and managerial competencies, this one-year, level-7 course uses individual exercises, group discussions, formal presentations and more to help learners make measurable progress in the areas of communication, teamwork, influencing, strategic thinking and planning and organising.
This health services management course is suitable for professionals who wish to develop and demonstrate good managerial judgement in the planning, design and delivery of healthcare and personal social services in Ireland.
Entry Requirements:
A minimum of three years of organisational experience and aspire to or currently hold a management position.
Hold a Certificate in Health Services Management or equivalent qualification.
Award: NFQ Level 7
