Catering is a training programme to enable people with disabilities or those out of work due to illness or injury to particpate and gain skills and competencies to work under supervision providing assistance and support within a catering setting, or alternatively, to progress to further training or education. The programme also aims to support learners in achieving QQI Level 4 certification in Catering Support .
