Course description

This course in on Monday evenings 7:30 – 9:30pm, commencing the week of 23rd September, 2019 and runs for 10 weeks.

 

YOGA for STRONG BODY, CALM MIND and OPTIMUM HEALTH :

MONDAY • Beginners 7.30 – 8.30p.m. • Improvers 8.30-9.30p.m. •

 

These physical exercises and breathing techniques from ancient India:

• Help you deal with stress

• Calm the mind

• Increase energy levels

• Improve core strength

• Increase flexibility and range of motion

• Tone the body

• Improve concentration

• Prevent disease

• Relaxation

• Meditation

Registration for our courses is available by going onto our school website www.malahidecs.ie and clicking on the ‘Enrol Here’ button on the righthand-side of the screen, by postal registration using the form on the inside cover of our Programme or on our walk-in enrolment night on Monday 16th September 2019, 7:30pm – 9.00pm. Students can meet the course tutors at this session. Complimentary tea/coffee will also be available at this enrolment/open evening.
