Margaret brings many years of dedicated training and experience to guide you on your journey towards a harmonious life. As a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, an experienced retreat host, and an Ayurvedic nutritionist, she is committed to empowering you with the tools to cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and nourishment from within. Margaret specialises in introducing absolute beginners to yoga asana, through the lineages of Tantra, and focusing on Hatha, Yin and Restorative styles.
