Explain what utility services are required by own organisation and examine what is actually provided
Explain the options of acquiring utility services to bridge the gap between own organisation’s requirements and actual provision
Explain the importance of energy management for own organisation
Examine how own organisation measures energy requirements and actual consumption to determine efficiency
Identify ways of improving own organisation’s energy efficiency
 
Entry: Entry is open and no prior qualifications are required. Certification: The Unit Certificate is issued by the ILM which is part of City and Guilds.
