Course Aims

The course is for anyone with an interest in property development, from individuals thinking about taking a small step on the property ladder, such as a house or flat to let out; to those with a bit more ambition who feel now is a good time to take a closer look at investing in property.

Course Duration and Entry

The course runs over 2 full days from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with a break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

The College operates an ‘Open Entry’ policy but prospective participants should be able to apply what they learn on the course in an organisational setting (need not be in a job).


There are no examination with participants instead completing a written assignment which is assessed. On successful completion of the assignment participants receive their Griffin College Certificate in Managing Property and Assets.


Members of Engineers Ireland can qualify for 2 CPD days.


The course is introductory in nature and is designed to give participants a good insight to the topics. It does not provide professional advice.
