Certificate in ECCE with Montessori awarded by The College of Progressive Education

Pay In Full – €1,595

Pay in Instalments – €1,700

(€425 Deposit & 3 monthly instalments paid consecutively of €425 starting when the course begins)

Aims
This programme has been specifically designed for learners who wish to pursue a career as a Montessori teacher for children in the age range 3-6 years. In addition it provides learners with the all important ECCE Level 6 qualification which enables the centre they are working in to qualify for the free pre school year ECCE scheme. This award covers in depth the six main Montessori disciplines: Theory & Practice, Practical Life, Mathematics, Language, Sensorial and Culture.

Entry Requirements
A minimum Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate standard of education or equivalent education or experience.  Proficiency in English language.

Assessment/Examinations
Continuous assessment & Skills demonstrations.

110 hours of work practice in an ECCE setting.
