Course description
This class is suitable for complete beginners to pottery and those looking to improve their hand building skills. This class will enable students to design and make pottery pieces with both functional and decorative applications, from the planning and creating process to the final glazed form.
Techniques demoed include pinching, coiling, slab construction, mark making, relief work and sgraffito.
The intention of this class is to teach new skills within a relaxed, friendly environment.
