Course Description:
This course is for holistic therapists who would like to upskill and add a new treatment to their menu.
It’s also suitable for holistic therapy students, beauty therapists and anyone considering training as a holistic therapist.
To enrol in the course you need to have completed the Beginner Level Course.
The course includes:-
There will be lots of practical work to bring your Indian Head Massage techniques up to professional standard.
Introduction to essential oils and how to use them for Indian Head Massage to treat headaches, stress, muscle tension, insomnia and more.
Introduction to Ayurvedic Medicine and marma points (acupoints)
Treating specific ailments with Indian Head Massage – whiplash, headaches, anxiety etc.
Entry requirements
This course is open to holistic therapists or trainees who have completed the beginner level and who would like to add Indian Head Massage to their menu.
It is also open to anyone else who has completed the beginner level and who wants to expand their skills, but unless you are a holistic therapist you won’t be able to get insurance to practice professionally.
The course is accepted by insurance companies and by professional bodies in Ireland
Course Day & Time: Thursday 7.30 – 9.30 pm

About the tutor: Jenny Sheridan
Jenny has been practising and teaching holistic therapies including Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Natural Facials and more for over 20 years. She has taught in private and public venues and she ran her own holistic centre, Essentials Holistic Centre in Malahide for 7 years. Since 2017 she has been offering approved online training courses.
