Course Aims, Length and Entry Aims for the ILM Unit Certificate – Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively:
The course is designed to help people to improve their team-building skills to ensure that each has the chance to contribute to achieving agreed goals.
uration: It runs for one full day with tutorial support.
Entry: The Institute of Leadership and Management ILM operates an 'Open Entry' policy but prospective participants should be able to apply what they learn on the course in an organisational setting (need not be in a job).
Certification: There are no examination with participants instead completing a written assignment which ais assessed. On successful completion of the assignment participants receive their 'Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively' Ubnit Certificate from the ILM.
