Course description
The ILM Unit Certificate in Solving Problems and Making Decisions covers the following areas:
1. Know how to describe a problem, its nature, scope and impact
2. Know how to gather and interpret information to solve a problem
3. Know how to solve a problem
4. Know how to plan the implementation and communication of decisions
The course runs over either three evenings (one evening per week for three weeks) or 1.5 days.
Entry is open.
On successful completion of a written assignment learners receive the ILM Unit Certificate. ILM is part of the City and Guilds.
