Actionable Advice for MTU Applicants

If you are applying to MTU, remember that many CAO codes listed as (Restricted) require you to submit a portfolio or sit an entrance assessment. You must include these courses on your CAO application by the normal February 1st deadline; late applications are generally not permitted for restricted courses.

Missed the Points? If you do not secure the required CAO points for a Level 8 degree, MTU has an excellent track record of accepting students through QQI/PLC progression routes. Completing a relevant Level 5 PLC course can act as a direct stepping stone into many of the Level 7 and Level 8 degrees listed above.
