About School of Informatics and Creative Arts DKIT
The School of Informatics and Creative Arts, Dundalk Institute of Technology has a diverse range of single, inter and multi-disciplinary courses on offer in a range of technological and artistic disciplines.
The school is comprised of the following departments:
- Department of Visual and Human Centred Computing
- Department of Computing Science and Mathematics
- Department of Creative Arts, Media & Music
A wide variety of courses are on offer at undergraduate and postgraduate level across areas such as computing, games development, creative media, film and television, theatre practice, music performance and production. The school aims to blend together the technical and the creative with a view to producing graduates with skills appropriate to the needs of tomorrow and in tune with the emerging global creative economy.
