Course description
This course is designed for qualified professional therapists who have an opportunity to use counselling skills as part of their work or simply want to broaden their qualifications. PCI College provides a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, validated by Middlesex University, for those students (including Diploma graduates from other Counselling and Psychotherapy training institutes) who wish to add to their qualifications and achieve a degree.
Should you decide to apply, and be accepted as an adult learner, you will be supported through the programme by our Student Care and Progression team, making this a truly unique adult education experience. The class sizes are small, being groups of just eighteen in the first couple of years, and they are very experiential in nature.
Our learning programmes are designed to be participative, experiential and to draw whenever possible on prior lived experience. The academic value of programmes is enhanced by a learning environment that is warm, transparent, and genuine. Learners and staff interact in a mutual effort to engage in and promote the concept of lifelong learning.
