Course description
This course provides learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue a career in the Business and/or Accounting sectors.
Students will study eight subjects in this full time one year course including Economics and Business Management. On this course there is an emphasis on skills development with subjects such as Spreadsheets, Accounting Manual and Computerised.
Students who complete this one year Level 5 QQI course will have the opportunity to apply for an Apprenticeship with the Accounting Technicians of Ireland where they will work four days a week and attend college one day a week.
