Course description

Assessment

Learners are required to complete written assignments and undertake an enquiry based Research project in their work environment. This will require learners to formulate a problem statement, design and conduct in-depth research, interpret and analyse the findings of their research, devise and develop conclusions and recommendations and communicate their findings and proposed recommendations to various stakeholders of the organisation.

Accreditation

Following successful completion you will receive an ILM Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management at Level 7 on the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework.

The certificate is comparable to a Level 9 award on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications.
