This will require learners to formulate a problem statement, design and conduct in-depth research, interpret and analyse the findings of their research, devise and develop conclusions and recommendations and communicate their findings and proposed recommendations to various stakeholders of the organisation.



Following successful completion you will receive an ILM Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management at Level 7 on the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework.

The certificate is comparable to a Level 9 award on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications.
