- Health and Safety Essentials – Introduction to basic health and safety concepts, awareness of hazards and safety promotion.
- Workstation Safety Plus – How to work safely at computer work-station.
- Fire Safety Plus – Fire safety, fire prevention and emergency planning.
- Manual Handling Plus – Correct handling and lifting techniques in workplace environment.
