Course description
This Change Management course is designed for management teams in the public sector looking to develop their capabilities in the area of managing organisational change. Change is constant and requires a proactive rather than reactive approach. This programme will provide you with the skills necessary to introduce, implement and embed change within your organisation.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the programme participants will have:
- Enhanced their understanding of how to lead and manage change more effectively
- Acquired tools and techniques for planning and implementing change solutions
- Increased their awareness of how individuals react to change
- Acquired strategies for handling resistance
Change Management is a one day course (9:30 am – 4:30 pm) that will be delivered remotely and facilitated by a subject matter expert.
