Course description

This class is for anyone who is brand new to yoga or who hasn’t practiced for a while and is interested in going back to basics. Although yoga is an ancient Indian practice it has particular relevance today where so many of us live stress-filled, busy lives.

Through physical postures and breath work yoga helps us to develop a healthy body, a positive outlook and a sense of balance of life.
