Aims
The programme aims to provide learners with all the skills and knowledge necessary to work as healthcare assistants in hospitals, nursing homes, day care centres, and in home care.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have at least an Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate standard of education or equivalent education/experience.
Proficiency in English language is required (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language).
Access to a computer and basic computer literacy are also required.

Continuous Assessment
Learners will be assessed through continuous assessment, including written assignments and practical tasks.
160 hours of work experience in a suitable healthcare setting (hospital, nursing home, or day service centre) must be completed.
