Details:

Come and learn how to make hand built ceramics with an award winning artist in a purpose built, bright, modern, fully equipped studio in Castleknock, Dublin.

All classes and workshops run all year round and you can join at anytime as long as a place is available.

We cover all hand building methods: press moulds, hump moulds, slab building, soft slabbing, coiling, pinching, modelling – tailoring the method to your individual project.

There is a strong emphasis on the courses on good construction methods, excellent finish and on first-rate decorating techniques; we use coloured slips as well as a wide palette of glazes.

All levels welcome from complete beginners to more advanced students and classes are small to ensure individual attention. So whether you are a total beginner, an improver or have been working with clay for years there is a place for you in these classes.

See www.ceramicforms.com for further details.
