Course description
The National Qualification in Pre and Post Natal Exercise is designed to assist fitness professionals who would like to work with pre and post natal clients.
The aim of this programme is for fitness instructors and personal trainers to develop the advanced skills and knowledge specific to pre and post natal exercise prescription.
The National Qualification in Pre and Post Natal Exercise is open to application from all professionals who hold a recognised, valid and current primary fitness instructor qualification which is accredited or mapped at EQF Level 3 or higher.
Not all primary fitness instructor qualifications meet the minimum standard required. If your primary fitness instructor qualification does not meet the requirements NTC will be unable to award a certificate for this programme even if you have completed it so if you are in any doubt whether your qualification meets the requirements please submit a copy of your primary fitness instructor qualification at least two weeks prior to the start date or contact the NTC prior to enrollment. This course is delivered online via ZOOM.
Distance Learning and Online Courses are offered in a number of different formats, these include correspondence courses (by post), online via computer or a combination of online and classroom instruction (blended learning).. View
