Hi I’m Shelly, I am a living vegan food instructor and general good food enthusiast from west Wicklow.
I found my quest for living food two years ago and have been relishing a zesty foodie journey ever since.
Creating wholesome food is one of my passions , connecting with real unprocessed ingredients that encourage vitality and optimum health benefits not to mention instant gratification to the taste buds.
Getting creative in the kitchen and marrying different flavors and textures is my inspiration, and has been such an easy way to introduce living vegan food into my every day food choices, my ethos is simple ,plant based lifestyles are rewarding and will truly make a difference you can feel.
I started teaching last autumn at Malahide Community school and can’t wait to share more of my culinary knowledge.
My past life has been in commercial herb production, farm to fork and I have also given classes on herb growing for the organic center in Leitrim.
