Course Description:

Indian Head Massage is a wonderful treatment for stress, neck & shoulder tension, headaches, sinusitis & hayfever.

The use of oils is optional.

This course is for anyone who would like to treat family and friends at home.

There is no special equipment required, all you need is a kitchen chair and some towels.

Participants have the option of continuing to a later course which is ideal for holistic therapists who want to add a very popular treatment to their menu.

The course includes:-

A seated massage routine including

Upper back, neck & shoulder massage.
Head massage
Facial massage
A 5 minute sinus treatment that is incredibly effective for sinusitis and hay fever.
Chakra balancing – a beautiful and relaxing energy healing technique that is deeply relaxing.
Cautions and contraindications to Indian Head Massage.

Course Day & Time: Monday 7.30 – 9.30 pm

Start Date: 26/01/26

Cost: €60

Course Format: In class with tutor

Duration: 5 weeks – Maximum of 12 students in class
