Week 1. Introduction

• Materials and Supplies Overview
• Color Theory and Mixing Techniques
• Discussion, questions and answers

Week 2. Preparation and small canvas artwork – flip cup technique.

• Demo (step by step)
• Preparing the Canvas and Surface
• Preparing the colors
• Student work

Week 3. Basic Pouring Techniques (Continued) – flip cup technique and Dirty Pour Travel Cups

Week 4. Recap and Advanced Preparation – Swipe Technique

Week 5. Advanced Pouring Techniques – Dutch Pour (Blow/Hairdryer)

Course Day & Time: Thursday evening 7.30 – 9.30 pm

Cost: €210 (Please Note:  The price includes all materials for this course. This includes Canvas x 6, Panels x 5, Paint set of 6 colours, Silicone Oil, Floretrol, Chain, Cup x 5 & Containers x 4) )

Course Format: In class with tutor (Maximum of 10 students)

Karolina is a trained mixed media artist and graphic designer (member of  Design & Craft County Council, Visual artist, Art Council, Institute of Designers Ireland supported  by Design Ireland Association)

She has been working as an artist in Ireland for over 10 years providing innovative, well designed  unusual gifts and a unique art experience.
