Open Training College

Open Training College (OTC) provides accredited courses tailored for the disability, health-related, voluntary, and non-profit sectors. Founded in 1992 under the auspices of St. Michael’s House, the college delivers professional development and qualification tracks from its administrative base at Willowfield Park in Goatstown, Dublin 14. The centre serves adult learners seeking targeted training in frontline care, human services management, and social care practice.

The academic curriculum features awards aligned to Levels 5 through 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications, encompassing certificate tracks, professional development courses, and an approved Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Social Care.
