- IOSH is a professional body which offers membership and qualifications for health and safety professionals. IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) is a UK-based organisation, however the qualifications are recognised globally and they have over 40,000 members in over 90 countries worldwide. Some of the courses they certify include construction safety, managing safely, machinery safety and fire safety. Several Irish providers offer IOSH courses including Griffin College and CMI (communications and Management Institute).
