Programme Delivery

All of our courses are currently delivered live online by experienced tutors.

You do not need any special software or applications—simply a reliable internet connection. This flexible approach has proven very popular, allowing participants to study from home while avoiding travel to the city centre.

The programme enables you to progress from the Level 6 (IRL) Certificate to the Level 8 (IRL) Advanced Diploma over approximately two years of part-time study.

Programme Structure:

The programme is delivered as follows:

Level 6 (IRL) Certificate – 19 evening classes (one evening per week).
Level 7 (IRL) Top-Up Diploma – 15 additional evening classes (34 evenings in total from the start of the Certificate), one evening per week.
Level 8 (IRL) Advanced Diploma – 11 Saturday workshops, held once per month (excluding August), following completion of the Diploma.

Flexible Study Options

You are not required to complete every stage of the programme. You may choose to study only the qualification that best suits your career goals.

Many participants complete the Certificate as a standalone qualification, while others continue through to the Diploma and Advanced Diploma.

A separate qualification is awarded at each stage. All students begin with either the Certificate or the full Diploma programme, which incorporates the Certificate modules.

There are no examinations.

Instead, assessment is based on practical assignments related to your work in facilities management.

The Level 6 (IRL) Certificate has open entry. No previous qualifications are required, and the course is suitable for anyone with an interest in facilities or property management.
