Course Description

This course is intended for all personnel who are responsible for calibration activities and who need to understand the importance of calibration in quality and/or environmental management systems. All employees’ need to be aware of the stringent calibration requirements of International standards, such as ISO 9001, and regulatory bodies such as FDA.

Module 1 – Background and History

Module 2 -Current Legislative Requirements

Module 3 – Calibration Management

Module 4 – Calibration and Validation linkage

Module 5 – When to calibrate and how often

Module 6 – Calibration over the range of equipment
usage
Module 7 – Calibration and auditing

Module 8 – Calibration Procedures

Module 9 – Calibration and critical processes in the Medical Device and Pharma Industries

Module 10 – Product Impact Evaluation
