This course will introduce you to the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT is a reliable approach that any of us can learn, in order to cope better with difficult emotions e.g. stress, anxiety, fear, anger and low mood. It is a 10 week, evening course designed for any person with an interest in personal development. You will learn the basic skills and theories behind CBT in order to deal with everyday stressful situations.
This course is not specifcally designed for qualified professionals and is open to anyone who may benifit from using CBT.
