ITEC Strength And Conditioning

This two day course will provide those already qualified within the health and fitness industry an understanding of the key concepts of Strength And Coditioning. It will provide student with the knowledge and practicle skills to instruct a Strength And Conditioning session. The ITEC Strength And Conditioning award is an internationally recognised qualification, and not just merely a certificate of attendance. ITEC is an internationally recognised high standard qualification, which will not only enable you to gain employment in Ireland, but also abroad should you wish to travel.
Specific Items Covered In The Strength and Conditioning Course Include:
* Progressive Overload Principles
* Olympic Weightlifting and other strength and power exercises
* Macro, Meso And Micro Parts Of Periodisation
* Contraindications To Strength And Conditioning Training
* Power / Strength
* Functionality To Sports
* Compensatory Acceleration Training For Power
Course Location: Sprint Health and Fitness College, Coral Leisure Centre, Arklow, Co. Wicklow
Course Dates/Times: Sunday 14th and Sunday 21st May - 10am to 4pm
Fees: €300 (Please note, fees must be paid in full in order to secure a place on this course).
Please Note: A relevant fitness qualification MUST be held in order to enrol in this course.
