Course description

This yoga class is suitable for beginners or as a refresher. Instructor will take you through techniques in breathing and stretching as part of a slow-paced class. It is designed to help improve your postural alignment, coordination, strength and flexibility while bringing balance to the body, mind and spirit. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Qualified and experienced instruction provided by Fiona.
