In this workshop you will learn how to improve your flexibility, increase blood flow and circulation in your muscles and joints, and reduce injuries or pain. This will be an educational and interactive mobility workshop.
This workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning about improving mobility and discovering how to use massage tools such as foam rollers/ massage balls correctly. This workshop will provide you with the tools to improve common flexibility and joint mobility issues. Elements in the workshop include: using a foam roller, self-massage tools (such as massage balls and resistance bands) and advanced stretching techniques to improve your range of movement, reduce pain and in turn improve performance.
