Course description
The course will take place on the following dates
February 15th & 16th
March 21th & 22nd
This qualification will give you an understanding of the principles of exercise, health and fitness: the origins, history and fundamentals of Pilates and will equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to plan, instruct and evaluate safe and effective mat-based Pilates programmes for groups or individuals.
Entry requirements
None, However if you have a L3/L4(EQF) in Personal training you will only need to complete the practical elements
