This City and Guilds IT Customer Support – Customer Care (7267-402) Course is designed to enable candidates provide routine customer support to a range of Computer users.
IT Customer Support – Customer Care Skills -Learning Objectives include: – Providing technical information and customer support and customer service in response to customer care requirements Identifying potential improvements in the customers use of resources. Assisting in reviews to identify how automated procedures may improve customers use of resources Creating routine automated procedures and assist in the creation of complex automated procedures to improve Customer Service
This IT Customer Support / Customer Care course can be used as one of the 4 units required to achieve the City and Guilds IVQ Diploma in IT Systems Support (7267-24). This course is available at NVQ level 2. This is equivalent to Level 4 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) and can be used to further career path in IT Customer Support, Customer Care, Customer Service areas
