DT408 Programme Description This programme offers a challenging opportunity for those individuals who wish to pursue a career in management in the hospitality industry. This dynamic programme provides a future-orientated and industry-focused curriculum. This programme offers the student a major in the fi nal year enabling him/her to specialise in one of the following areas: Food and Beverage Management, Front Offi ce and Accommodation Management or Conference and Leisure Management. Graduates are trained professionals with sound operational work experience and a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry. As such, they are in demand by a large cross-section of the industry from general management within the tourism industry, to more specialised areas such as HRM and Marketing.
