This three-hour online Fundamentals of Coaching Skills for Managers course provides an opportunity to reflect on your approach to coaching and how well you are equipped to use this approach as a Manager.

This course has been modified for online delivery and is a three-hour session (10:00am-1:00pm) on scheduled dates. It will be remotely delivered through MS Teams and facilitated by a subject matter expert.
