This course aims to develop effective and responsible change agents who have the capacity to implement strategic plans within their areas of organisational responsibility (e.g. administration, course delivery, co-ordination).
The course emphasises the development of skills, competencies and team-building around three modules: strategic planning and implementation; leading others; and self-management. This course is suitable for:
