This Certificate programme can be taken as the first year of the BA or as a stand-alone Certificate programme. The Diploma in Training and Education is taken as the second year of the BA, participants must have successfully completed the Certificate in Training and Education Year 1. The programmes are designed to meet the needs of those with experience in training, a previous qualification in training, experience in human resources development or management or experience in the voluntary or community sector, or those who wish to develop a career in this area.
