The Advanced Diploma in Sales Management will commence on Thursday 09 February 2012 from 18:30-21:30, 20WKS and will be held in Dublin 2 (city centre).
The current economic downturn will mean that only the most qualified Sales Managers will survive the challenges ahead. During the course, you have a unique opportunity to learn and develop the key skills required to be an excellent sales manager. You will learn how to manage the sales force, motivate the sales together a sales strategy, train and develop sales staff, manage key accounts, implement a promotion or marketing programme, improve communication, make budget forecasts and achieve sales targets. The Advanced Diploma in Sales Management is awarded by CMI – Communications & Management Institute and is nationally recognised by FETAC for a level 6 Award in Business Management.
