This weekend workshop run at our College in Dublin 3, provides a practical introduction to Qigong, (pronounced Chee Gong) an ancient Chinese method of health-promotion.
You will learn a number of simple stretching exercises, breathing methods and meditational techniques to enhance and promote your health, well-being and mental and spiritual harmony.
The course is based on exercises taught to us by our Qigong Masters in China and drawing on the Daoist and Buddhist traditions of Ancient China.
The Introductory weekend is open to all, but advance booking is required. Please contact us to request a booking form.
Attendance on this course is a requirement for anyone wishing to take part in our more advanced, on-going Qigong and Medical Qigong programmes. |
