The Advanced Diploma in Project Management is a 20 week programme which will commence on Wednesday 02 May 2012. Classes take place from 6.30-9.30pm on Wednesday evenings off Dame Street, Dublin 2.
The Advanced Diploma in Project Management is designed for newcomers to project management who want to develop a comprehensive understanding of project management. The advanced diploma examines the various processes involved in managing of projects, from their initiation, planning, and implementation through to successful closure. Unlike other Project Management courses, all forms of PM methodology are examined without you having to adopt a particular methodology such as PMI or Prince 2. This has its advantages. The Advanced Diploma in Project Management is awarded by the ICM, which is internationally recognised in over 120 countries worldwide. The course is also recognised by the PMI – Project Management Institute, the world leader in Project Management education and offers up to 72 PMU’s for CAPM® or PMP® Certified persons.
Upon successful completion of the Advanced Diploma in Project Management students will be eligible to do an additional 14 week course to become an industry certified Project Manager – Project Management Professional (PMP)® or Associate Project Manager (CAPM)® from the PMI Project Management Institute. |
