MEDITATION FOR ALL
Meditation teaches you the art of focusing your mind helping to alleviate stress and balances your mental and emotional states. Experience ways to:

During the course we will explore simple techniques including conscious breathing, creative visualization and body awareness to bring about positive changes in your life. Relax, rejuvenate and reenergize!
We offer this Meditation course on Monday night, our beginners class is 7:30 – 8:30pm and our improvers is 8:30 – 9:30pm at a cost of €85 for ten week term.
