<p>This MII (Meditor's Institute of Ireland) Accredited Mediation Training Course aims to give participants the required level of skills and knowledge to successfully complete the MII assessment to become a Certified Mediator.</p>
<h1>What is it about?</h1>
<p>In order to become an MII Certified Member you are required to have completed an MII approved training course and to have undertaken and passed an MII approved role play assessment in line with the MII Certified Member Core Competencies. Our 5 day course is designed to build a high level of competence so candidates should feel confident mediating in a variety of situations. After completion of the 5 day course participants should feel confident to complete the MII assessment. This course is aimed at candidates who wish to become MII accredited Mediators who work in a variety of different areas including family, law, human resources, peer, debt, commercial and legal.</p>
