The Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Development is intended to give trainers and educators working with adults the opportunity to: -Extend and deepen their knowledge and understanding of theory underlying adult learning and training -Contribute to the debate on the role of lifelong learning in the context of international experience, government priorities and the framework for future developments. -Develop analytical and critical skills This blended learning programme is also likely to interest those not currently working in the field of training, but who wish to develop a career in this area and to gain a recognised academic qualification.
