Lean Sigma Green Belt Programme
The aim of this programme is to provide delegates with the required skills, knowledge and confidence to enable them to use DMAIC and basic Lean Six Sigma tools to deliver business improvement across the supply chain.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the program, delegates will:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Lean and Six Sigma
- Be able to apply DMAIC to a process improvement initiative
- Know and use some basic team and change management processes as an aid to sustaining process improvements
- Use basic tools to identify and remove waste
- Apply some common Lean Six Sigma tools in day-to-day work
Certification
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive Lean Sigma Green Belt certification from the National Institute of Transport and Logistics (NITL) (5 credits at NFQ level 9).
