This program introduces Lean concepts, tools, and practices and how they can be effectively applied to service-oriented processes typically found in the financial services sector including facility insurance, mortgage lending, banking, as well as the transactional and administrative functions common to corporate operations.
Designed for financial services professionals with little or no experience in Lean, this on-line accredited and mentored 15-week program helps develop the knowledge, skills, and strategies for a successful Lean implementation.
The program finds immediate practical application as participants develop, initiate, and complete a project within their own organization as part of their training. Participants who master Lean practices can become recognized leaders, guiding projects that result in breakthrough improvements and improved bottom-line results.
Participants who successfully complete the programme receive Lean Green Belt certificatio from CPA Ireland. CPA members receive 30 CPE credits. |
