Kettlebells are often used ineffectively in commercial gyms and the correct form and precision of the art have been lost. We wish to inspire trainers and coaches to utilise this strongman tool effectively in the instruction of their clients.
This course not only goes into the practical elements of kettlebells, but delves into the corrective exercises that kettlebell instructors must grasp in order to better support client's performance and goal achievement.
