Our Internationally recognised ITEC Personal Trainer and Strength And Conditioning Course is perfect for anyone wanting to gain employment as a Personal Trainer within the health and fitness industry.Once qualified your options are endless, as an ITEC qualified Personal Trainer, together with ITEC Strength and Conditioning you can work as a Personal Trainer in gyms, fitness studios, for sports teams, for yourself and more. This is also an excellent course for those already working within the health and fitness industry and who would like to upskill and add to their curriculum viate. Internationally recognised, ITEC has been awarding high quality and respected industry qualifications since 1947. It is now one of the world's leading and most successful awarding bodies specialising in the health and fitness sector. 

Through a combination of theory and practical learning, the following subjects are covered:

*Health, Safety And Welfare In A Fitness Environment

*Principles Of Exercise, Fitness And Health

*How To Support Clients Who Take Part In Exercise And Physical Activity

*Anatomy And Physiology For Exercise And Health

*Applying The Principles Of Nutrition To A Physical Activity Programme

*Programming Personal Training With Clients

*Delivering Personal Training Sessions

*Planning a Strength and Conditioning Session

*Instructing a Strength and Conditioning Session

This course runs every Thursday for 14 week running in Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford Town, Co. Wexford

Course Fees: €1,400 Please note that there are no hidden costs. Fees include all books, notes, exams/assessments and tuition.

Deposit: A €300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a place on this course.

Early Booking Discount: Pay in full 6 weeks prior to course start date and recieve €100 off total fees.

Easy Payment Plan: €300 deposit, plus 3 installments of €390. (Fees must be paid in full prior to sitting exams/assessments)

Government grants are available for this course depending on individual circumstances. For further informtion on this contact your local Development Office and/or Social Welfare Office. Our ITEC courses are a part of the National Qualification Framework, which is a requirement for funding
